In order to return an item you (the original purchaser) must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be new, unwashed, in the original packaging with all tags attached. Items must be returned and received within 30 days of receiving them. If these requirements are not met, the request will be denied. If you return items that have been denied or do not meet our return policy, the items will be returned to you at your cost. Contact us at [email protected] to return an item, and receive a return label (you may also purchase a label from any shipping provider). Once the returned product(s) is received, a refund less the cost of original shipping and return shipping (if applicable) will be issued within 7 days.
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed or combined with another existing order.
