Return Eligibility
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be returned to us within 14 days of initiating the return.
- To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Items must not have any signs of wear, stains, or damage.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: To start the return process, please email our customer service team at hello@justabunchakidsclothes.com
- Return Authorization: You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions on how to return your items.
- Prepare Your Package:
- Pack the items securely in their original packaging if possible.
- Include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation along with the RA number.
- Ship Your Return:
- Send your return to the address provided in your return authorization email.
- Please ensure that the package is postmarked within 14 days of receiving your RA number. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable (exceptions may apply).
Exchanges
- Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
Non-Returnable Items
- For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
- Underwear and socks
- Swimwear
